Job Description

Job Title: Parts Associate Action Group Staffing is seeking a dependable Parts Associate to support shipping, receiving, warehouse organization, and customer deliveries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, stays organized, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. Requirements:  
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Certified Forklift Operator or ability to become certified
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and 10-key
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Reliable attendance, Monday–Friday
  • Professional appearance and adherence to company grooming guidelines
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
 Pay: $23+ per hour depending on experienceShift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm  Responsibilities:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. 
  • Assist with shipping and receiving by unloading trucks, checking merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders, and distributing items for processing
  • Schedule and plan deliveries by reviewing customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions
  • Label, identify, sort, and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to established systems
  • Drive company delivery vehicles to deliver and pick up parts, including loading and unloading materials
  • Operate vehicles safely, report safety concerns immediately, and maintain cleanliness and safe operation of delivery vehicles
  • Provide professional, courteous customer service in person, by phone, and via email
  • Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Assist technicians and service staff with obtaining parts and completing requisitions
  • File work orders, requisitions, and requests for materials, tools, or stock items
  • Assemble customer orders, stage materials for shipping, or relocate items to holding areas
  • Open bales, crates, containers and label materials appropriately
  • Record received and distributed materials using computer systems
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization; sweep, dust, and mop as needed
