Assembler/Welders 1st ShiftLocation: Tulsa, OK Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMJob SummaryAction Group Staffing is seeking experienced Assemblers/Welders to build enclosure systems and metal assemblies in a manufacturing environment. This position requires the ability to read blueprints, use hand and power tools, perform light welding, and assemble components according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Ability to read tape measures and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to lift and maneuver materials throughout the shift
Basic welding experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Pass drug screen and background check
Responsibilities
Assemble enclosure systems and metal components according to work orders and specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and written work instructions
Safely operate hand and power tools, including grinders, magnetic drills, and cut-off wheels
Perform light welding and basic fabrication tasks as required
Verify measurements and ensure assemblies meet quality standards
Lift, position, and secure metal components during assembly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies and production procedures
Assist in other production departments as business needs require
