Job Description

Job Title: Assembler
 Action Group Staffing is looking for experienced Assemblers to build enclosure systems and metal assemblies using hand and power tools. They must be able interpret blueprints and perform light welding. Pay: $18-23 +$1 Shift Diff 2nd Shift 3:30pm  - 12:00am Responsibilities
  • Assemble enclosure systems and other metal components according to work orders and specifications. 
  • Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and written work instructions. 
  • Use basic hand tools (grinders, magnetic drills, cut-off wheels, etc.) safely and effectively. 
  • Perform light welding tasks (entry-level) as needed (for some assembler roles). 
  • Lift and move metal components (typically up to ~50 lbs or more). 
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety procedures. 
  • May assist in other related production areas as business needs require. 
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to read tape measures and interpret basic blueprints/diagrams. 
  • Comfortable using basic hand and power tools. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver materials (physical stamina). 
  • Welding experience a plus (for some assembler positions).
