Job Title: Assembler
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $18–$23/hour Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM  Job Summary
Action Group Staffing is seeking experienced Assemblers to build enclosure systems and metal assemblies using hand and power tools. This role requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, follow work instructions, and perform light welding as needed. Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred 
  • Ability to read tape measures and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams 
  • Comfortable using basic hand and power tools 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 
  • Ability to lift and maneuver materials throughout the shift 
  • Physical stamina to work in a manufacturing environment 
  • Welding experience is a plus for some assembler positions 
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check 
Responsibilities
  • Assemble enclosure systems and other metal components according to work orders and specifications 
  • Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and written work instructions 
  • Safely use hand and power tools such as grinders, magnetic drills, and cut-off wheels 
  • Perform light welding tasks as needed for certain assembler roles 
  • Lift and move metal components, typically up to 50 lbs or more 
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures 
  • Assist in other production-related areas as needed based on business demands
