This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting leadership with key financial insights. Ideal candidates will bring strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or industrial experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Experience with general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
Perform general ledger entries and account reconciliations
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Support audits and provide necessary documentation
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations
