Sanitation Specialist
Location: At our state-of-the-art beverage production facilities in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma

The Role:
As a Sanitation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our production facilities. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation tasks to ensure our manufacturing and packaging operations meet the highest standards of hygiene and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitization of production equipment, floors, walls, and other surfaces
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and chemical dispensers
- Identify and report any issues or areas in need of deeper cleaning or repair
- Assist with the proper disposal of waste materials and hazardous substances
- Comply with all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a sanitation or custodial role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, as needed
Working Conditions:
This position involves physical labor and exposure to various cleaning agents and potential hazards. The work environment is a fast-paced manufacturing facility with some noise, temperature fluctuations, and the need to stand for extended periods. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs and catwalks.
Compensation and Benefits:
