You’ll ensure product quality and reliability in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment supporting military and law enforcement missions. What You’ll Do:- Assemble small-scale electronic/mechanical C-UAS components- Perform testing, calibration, and quality control checks- Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed- Maintain tools, organize components, and document test results- Adhere to safety, quality, and ISO/military compliance standards Ideal Candidate Has:- Associate’s degree or technical certification in electronics or related field- 1–2 years experience in a production or manufacturing setting- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and blueprint/schematic reading- Basic computer/data entry skills- Bonus: Soldering, crimping, lean manufacturing experience, or fine assembly work
