 Job Summary
 We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team on a temporary-to-hire basis. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of various types of manufacturing equipment, ensuring the efficient and safe production of our high-quality beverage products. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic industry with the potential to transition into a permanent, full-time position.
 Key Responsibilities
 - Operate and monitor production equipment, such as fillers, labelers, and packaging machines, to ensure consistent product quality and output
 - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment, identifying and resolving any issues in a timely manner
 - Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
 - Collaborate with the production team to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements
 - Maintain detailed records and documentation related to production activities
 Qualifications
 - Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred
 - Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
 - Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
 - High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus
 Working Conditions
 This position is based in our production facility, where you will be working in a manufacturing environment. The work may involve standing for extended periods, lifting and moving materials, and exposure to noise and vibration from the production equipment. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
 Compensation and Benefits
 The target pay rate for this position is $16.50 per hour.
