We are sourcing for Quality Support ( English/ Spanish) to fulfill a position for a company in Montville, NJ. The Quality Support typically outlines the responsibilities of ensuring products or services meet quality standards, including conducting inspections, identifying issues, implementing solutions, and documenting findings. Responsibilities of the Quality Support:
Take samples of incoming material.
Ensure all paperwork is in order before placing it in the appropriate file.
Report any quality issues or problems to the lead person, supervisor, and QA Manager.
Ensure information on the IN-Process sheet is complete and accurate for all work orders produced at each work center.
As a backup to the Team Leader or Supervisor, call the mechanic to correct a problem. Segregate and identify nonconforming products with "Hold" labeling and contact the QA Manager.
Ensure information on labels and/or stencils is correct per the work order and in-process sheet.
Assist in the initial cGMP training of new hires and temp workers.
Accurately complete the in-Process sheet, and verify production information is accurate, legible, and correct.
