Valid US Passport is required.Position SummaryAction Group Staffing is seeking a detail-focused Production Quality Specialist to join a growing defense manufacturing operation in Oklahoma City. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality and process integrity for compact RF detection devices used in national defense and law enforcement. The ideal candidate will be quality-minded, technically proficient, and capable of working cross-functionally with production, R&D, and engineering teams to support superior product delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesInspection & Testing:- Conduct in-process and final inspections of components and finished products.- Perform functional, environmental, and electrical tests using precision tools and equipment.- Record and document inspection and test results for compliance and traceability.- Identify non-conforming materials/products and initiate corrective actions.Process Oversight:- Monitor adherence to SOPs and work instructions across production.- Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs).- Contribute to refining quality control plans and inspection protocols.- Recommend improvements to product quality and process efficiency.Reporting & Documentation:- Maintain detailed inspection records, non-conformance reports, and test data.- Generate quality metrics and audit documentation for internal and external reviews.Equipment & Calibration:- Assist in calibrating and maintaining test and inspection equipment.- Ensure tools remain in good working condition and properly calibrated.Team Collaboration:- Coordinate with technicians, engineers, and support teams to resolve quality issues.- Assist in training others on quality procedures and inspection practices.Minimum Requirements- Associate’s degree in Electronics, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or related field.- 1–3 years of experience in quality or production within electronics or defense.- Familiarity with technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.- Skilled in the use of calipers, micrometers, multimeters, and other test tools.- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and problem-solving.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).- Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person as defined by ITAR.- Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on the production floor.Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related discipline.- Experience with ISO 9001 systems and IPC standards (IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620).- Familiarity with RF testing and defense/aerospace environments.- ASQ Certified Quality Technician or equivalent certification.
