Job Description
Action Group Staffing are currently seeking experienced Fitter/Welders with a local manufacturer in Sapulpa.The ideal candidate have 3 years’ experience in welding preferably in a manufacturing environment.Job Duties and Responsibilities of the Fitter/Welder:
Fitting and fabricating metal components to assemble pipeline equipment
Read and interpret fabrication blueprints, drawings, and schematics to understand project requirements and welding specifications.
Lays out, positions, aligns and fits components
Assembles welding tips, wire feed and voltage using gas-shielded arc welding equipment
Requirements of the Fitter/Welder:
3years welding experience and operating a pinwheel
Proficient in GMAW, FCAW, SAW, SMAW
Must be able to use and read welding measuring devices to include but not limited to squares, levels, and tape measures.
