Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager/ Estimator for a company in the Morristown NJ area. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of painting and home improvement. This role requires a customer-focused approach, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude to support various aspects of the business, including field operations and residential sales and collaborating with various vendors. Must be Bilingual English/ Spanish. Requirements of the Project Manager/ Estimator:
Must be Bilingual English/Spanish
Minimum of a High School Diploma
3 years experience in the home improvement industry
Proof of Clean Driver's License
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Effective communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Experience in residential /commercial sales and field operations a plus
Mus be available to work some evenings and weekends when required
Experience doing estimates / sales.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager/ Estimator:
Coordinate field operations with paint crews and evaluate production quality
Provide extraordinary customer service, ensuring client satisfaction
Assist in preparing and managing residential and commercial estimates in the company estimating system.
Coordinate with paint vendors to ensure correct products are being used in the field and stores are stocked appropriately with those products
Assist with various assignments directed by the Owner.
