Part-Time HR Admin – Payroll & Data EntryPay Rate: $18-$19 per hourHours: 15-20 hours per weekSchedule: Mondays required; Tuesday & Friday preferredAction Group is seeking a detail-oriented HR Admin to assist with data entry of payroll timesheets and provide general HR support as needed. This is a part-time position (15-20 hours per week) with a set schedule on Mondays, plus additional hours on Tuesday and Friday.Responsibilities of the Part-Time HR Admin:
Enter and verify employee timesheets for payroll processing.
Maintain accurate and organized records in HR and payroll systems.
Assist with HR administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and onboarding support.
Respond to basic employee inquiries related to payroll and HR policies.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications of the Part-Time HR Admin:
Prior experience in HR, payroll, or data entry is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and HR/payroll software (preferred).
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
