Action Groupishiring experienced MIG Welders for a manufacturer in Broken Arrow specializing in steel manufacturing.MIG Welders!The ideal candidates will be able to weld fabricated steel parts in a shop environment while planning the sequence of operation and meeting quality standard codes.Hours: 1st Shift 6:00am –4:30pm2nd shift 4:30pm –3:00amSome Saturday OTPay: DOEJob Duties and Responsibilities of MIG Welder:
Read and interpret fabrication blueprints, drawings, and schematics to understand project requirements and welding specifications.
Obtain specified electrode and insert into welding gun
Connect cables to obtain amperage, voltage, slope and pulse according to supervision
Observe meters and gauges for compliance
Requirements of MIG Welder:
2+ years welding experience
Downhill weld test on carbon
Must be able to use and read welding measuring devices to include but not limited to squares, levels, and tape measures.
