About the Company:
Our client is a major beverage company that manufactures and distributes a wide range of non-alcoholic drinks, including juices, nectars, and carbonated soft drinks, serving both private label and branded products. Job Summary:
As a Machine Operator 1st, you will play a crucial role in the company's warehouse operations, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of industrial machinery and equipment. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth production and distribution of our client's high-quality beverage products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of industrial machines and equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and packaging machines
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor production processes and identify any issues or discrepancies, taking appropriate action to resolve them
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and staging of materials and finished products
- Collaborate with team members to support the overall efficiency and productivity of the warehouse

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a general labor or industrial setting, with a demonstrated ability to operate machinery and equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Forklift certification or the ability to obtain one is preferred

Working Conditions:
This position requires standing for extended periods, lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs, and operating machinery in a warehouse environment. The work schedule may include shifts, weekends, and holidays to meet production demands.

Compensation and Benefits:
- $16.5 USD per hour
