Job Description

Action Group Staffing is currently seeking an experienced JUNIOR BUYER with a local manufacturer in Tulsa.The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of procurement experience with MRO purchasing and management.Pay: $50k+ Temp-to-HireJob Duties and Responsibilities of the Junior Buyer:
  • MRO Materials purchasing – tools, equipment, supplies, rentals, safety, spare parts, etc.
  • Supplier relations
  • Monitor and maintain MRO inventory levels
  • Order management – track orders, purchase orders
  • Inventory replenishment working with internal teams
  • Cost control – seek opportunities for cost savings or improvements
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production to understand MRO priorities
Requirements of the Procurement Manager:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years MRO experience
  • Industrial equipment industry experience preferred
