Action Group is actively seeking 8 Journeyman Electricians for manufacturing positions with a growing Tulsa employer.Year-round work, shop environment and field installations - the perfect combination for well-experienced professionals. REFERRAL BONUS! for candidates referring other electricians, if placed. PAY: DOE Market Competitive! Hours: 6am to 4:30pm - 4x10’s PLUS Overtime AND Year-Round Work! Requirements of the Journeyman Electricians:
Active OK Electrical Journeyman license in good standing
5-7 years’ experience as a Journeyman Electrician
Read, interpret and understand diagrams or blueprints
Read and understand Specifications and Drawings.
Compliance with applicable code.
Plan and layout new or renovation projects with minimal waste.
Responsibilities of the Journeyman Electricians:
Install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, power equipment, and components of machinery and equipment
Follow electrical code, manuals, specifications, schematics, and blueprints.
Install and repair control and distribution equipment - motors, relays, switches, thermostats, circuit-breaker panels, etc.
Install and connect power supply wiring, cables, conduit, and electrical apparatus for machines and equipment in new and existing facilities following diagrams, schematics, or blueprints.
Diagnose and resolve problems in electrical circuits, systems, and equipment
Test continuity of circuits to ensure compatibility and safety of components using testing instruments.
Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit using rulers, measuring devices, hand tools, pipe threader, and conduit bender.
Craft time and material estimates, minimizing waster
