Valid US Passport is required.Position SummaryAction Group Staffing is seeking an entry-level Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the precise assembly, testing, and quality control of our compact, wearable C-UAS products. This position offers a unique opportunity to directly contribute to the production of critical technologies that enhance the safety and effectiveness of military personnel and law enforcement officers. We are looking for individuals eager to learn, committed to quality, and capable of working in a detail-oriented, fast-paced production environment.Key Responsibilities- Perform meticulous assembly of small electronic and mechanical components for wearable C-UAS devices.- Conduct functional, electrical, and calibration tests to verify product quality and performance.- Record production data, test results, and maintain quality documentation.- Assist in troubleshooting minor assembly and testing issues.- Maintain production tools and ensure proper calibration and condition.- Manage component inventory and maintain a clean and safe work environment.- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to ISO 9001 and military quality standards.- Participate in process improvements and contribute ideas for greater efficiency.- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.Minimum Requirements- High School Diploma or GED.- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.- Ability to read technical instructions, schematics, and blueprints.- Basic computer skills for data entry and production software.- High attention to detail and quality output.- Effective communication and teamwork skills.- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a security clearance.- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Preferred Qualifications- Vocational training or certifications in electronics or manufacturing.- Experience with soldering or crimping, particularly fine-pitch soldering.- Previous work in manufacturing, even in non-technical roles.- Familiarity with quality control procedures or lean principles.Working Conditions- Production floor environment with occasional travel.- Lifting requirements: Up to 50 lbs.- May require access to restricted or classified facilities.- Must comply with all security protocols and export control regulations.Additional Notes- 40 Hour Work Week- Shift: Days / 1st Shift
