Fabrication Production Supervisor – Evening Shift Location: Tulsa, OK Salary Range: $80,000 – $95,000 (Based on Experience) Bonus: Annual bonus potential up to 10% of base salaryWe are seeking a hands-on Fabrication Production Supervisor to lead our client’s evening shift team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in metal fabrication and a proactive approach to leadership, quality, and efficiency. This is a key role overseeing daily operations and driving performance within our fabrication department.Key ResponsibilitiesFabrication Production Supervisor:
Supervise and support the evening fabrication team to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met.
Oversee operations of fabrication equipment including Brake Press, Shear, and Plasma Tables.
Actively troubleshoot issues and provide real-time, solutions-oriented leadership on the shop floor.
Partner with production planning and engineering teams to ensure workflow optimization.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance skillsets and improve overall team efficiency.
Identify and implement process improvements for increased productivity and reduced downtime.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications of the Fabrication Production Supervisor:
5+ years of experience in metal fabrication, with strong knowledge of fabrication machinery such as Brake Press, Shears, and Plasma Tables.
Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Ability to read blueprints and work closely with engineering/production teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Shift: Evening Shift 3:30pm – Midnight+ Depending on volume #INDT
