Now Hiring: Welders, Assemblers, Quality Inspectors, and Industrial Painters Location: NE Tulsa Company: Action Group Staffing Pay: $18 – $24/hour (DOE) + $1 Shift Differential Shifts Available:
1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM Overtime may be required as needed.
Position Overview: Action Group Staffing is currently seeking skilled individuals for multiple roles within a reputable metal fabrication manufacturer in NE Tulsa. The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in metal fabrication. Bilingual is a plus.Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong math and technical skills
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience with machine setup and operation
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and availability for overtime
Key Responsibilities (Fabrication Roles):
Review blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions
Select and install appropriate dies and tooling
Adjust machine settings for specific job requirements
Operate machinery to produce parts to specification
Ensure final products meet quality standards
