WE are currently looking for an Accounts Receivables for a company located in Rockaway NJ. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Quickbooks. Previous experience in managing and collecting payments from customers, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and maintaining healthy cash flow. Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivables:
Creating and sending accurate invoices to customers.
Processing and verifying customer payments, including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers.
Reconciling accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are properly applied.
Responding to customer inquiries regarding invoices and account status.
Following up with customers regarding overdue payments and working to resolve payment issues.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer files, including invoices and payment records.
Preparing and analyzing accounts receivable reports for management review.
Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable.
Proficiency in using accounting software to manage invoices, payments, and customer accounts.

Monday-Friday 10am-3pm
Pay Rate $22.00 hr
Medical/ Dental/Vision
Part time 22.5 hour per week
Requirements of the Accounts Receivables:
Must be proficient in Quickbooks
Must be proficient in Excel and Word
Knowledge of ADP
Must have excellent communication skills
Previous experience in Accounts Receivables and invoicing.
