You’ll troubleshoot and support C-UAS technology, help manage technical issues, and provide customer solutions that ensure mission success. This position is critical to national security and offers a chance to work with advanced technology in a fast-paced, impactful environment. What You’ll Do:- Deliver expert-level support for hardware/software troubleshooting- Assist with system setup and customer onboarding- Document issues in CRM/ticket systems- Collaborate with engineering on escalated issues- Support onsite training and field deployments- Improve customer experience and technical resources Ideal Candidate Has:- Associate’s degree + 5 years relevant experience (or Bachelor’s + 3 years)- Tech knowledge in RF, drones, networking, or similar- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems- Ability to obtain Secret clearance- Bonus: CompTIA certifications, LE/military experience, remote support background #INDOKC
